• Raw Project Footage & Audio (Children's Data): Where recordings contain identifiable images or voices of minors, raw files are securely deleted within 30 days of final delivery to ensure maximum safeguarding compliance.

• Final Deliverables & Master Files: Retained for up to 24 months for portfolio use and client retrieval, subject to ongoing consent.

• Contact Details: Retained until you request deletion.

• Financial Records: Retained for 6 years (UK tax law requirement).
